haha. I did the same exact thing. bought the octo, got home, unpacked, was excited to hook it up, and no thunderbolt cable ! when I looked at the price for a new one, it made sense why UAD didn’t include it. I’d rather have paid $35 extra for the octo and had a cable inside the box to hookup instead of having to track one down or wait for the order to come in the mail lol. oh well, life isn’t always a box of chocolates. welcome to the world of UAD

Do UAD accelerators offload CPU processing of ONLY the UAD PLug ins or also the other ones you are using (soundtoys, fabfilter etc). Thanks
Only UAD. Also, it is worth noting that they also take up some of the main computer CPU. They just offload most of the work.
