I just joined graduates club, happy to be here! Is there anywhere I can watch previous test kitchens and the likes? Or are these just live sessions and the only pre-recorded material is the master classes Eg art of reverb?

The Monday and Friday sessions are deliberately not recorded. The idea behind Graduates Club meetings is that they are a lot more ‘interactive’ with everyone sharing their own work, but also opinions. This means we can all be completely ‘honest’ without thinking someone may later be watching the video!
We have some ‘special guest’ type events in the planning. These would be recorded for Graduates Club. Hope you can make tomorrow’s session. See you there…
